What did we do?

Our team has joined the "DIDO" project with the goal of increasing brand awareness in the United States and attracting potential clients through social media, particularly the professional social network LinkedIn. We provide brand and SMM strategy, communication, creation of textual and visual content, and development of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter pages.


Before developing the SMM strategy, we conducted a thorough market analysis, identifying competitors, trends, and tendencies. This helped us determine the right focuses to transmit and communicate in the network, and highlight our competitive advantages.


An important element of communication in the development of the SMM strategy was the coverage of a large number of the company's case studies, which confirms the agency's expertise in different niches. Therefore, visitors can learn enough about the completed projects, achieved performance indicators (increased ROI, conversions, orders) on the page.

The project results

The development of a comprehensive SMM and brand strategy for the project, as well as clear positioning and communication, yielded the following results:

  • Instagram profile visits increased from 42 to 364;

  • Instagram reach (number of unique accounts that have seen a post or story) increased from 314 to 2090;

  • Engagement rate (the ratio of the number of interactions to the number of impressions) increased from 1% to 2.35%;

  • LinkedIn impressions increased from 217 to 1364.
