Boyim Kebab - is a new product on the market that is unlike anything that you taste before in other places. A unique feature of Boyim's kebabs is the sauces of its own production, which allow its customers not just to eat another ordinary kebab, but to really experiment and enjoy the taste.

What did we do?

The concept of the project is "without plastic tomatoes". That's why we decided to add this concept while creating the SMM strategy. The in-depth market analysis (competitors and trends) once again approves that there are a lot of different kebabs on the market, but very few with such unique taste.

First of all, we diversified the posts on the Instagram profile. In addition to posts and stories about the dishes from the menu (and for sure they deserve separate recognition), you can also find more information about the people behind the brand, and about other products from Boyim brand (Boyim. Hastromandry). After scrolling the Instagram profile and reading the posts you make sure of the transparency and sincerity of this brand.

A successful solution for Boyim Kebab was the implementation of collaborations with local experts, which was called "kebab of the month", while you were able to taste the unique kebab that the month experts like. Live and meaningful content has a positive effect on increasing the recognition of the brand in the "digital world", which directly affects the increase in the number of consumers of the product. 

At the beginning of our cooperation, the project's Instagram profile had only three posts. Now it is a full live platform where potential clients can find everything they are interested in.

In addition, our team created images and texts for promotional campaigns for Boyim Kebab delivery in Lviv.

The results

The creation of an in-depth SMM and Brand strategies, right positioning, and clear communication gave their results:

  1. Visually attractive and logical packaging of the Instagram profile;

  2. After starting the active work on the Instagram profile the number of visitors product sales has grown significantly;

  3. Growth of key indicators during 3 months of our cooperation (taking into account advertising campaigns):
    - Instagram profile visits from 24 to 8,756;
    - impressions (content showing to one user an unlimited number of times) — from 188 to 871,641;
    - click on the website link (in the profile's header) — from 6 to 892;
    - the number of followers — from 501 to 706;

  4. Building an active and loyal brand community.
